1 celery rib, chopped
Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper
1 medium yellow onion, chopped
3 pounds (1.3kg) oxtails with separated joints

Instructions:
  • First of all. Coat the beef ribs with the rub, and preheat your grill to 180° (or the smoke setting) according to factory directions.
  • Step 02, Place on the grill and smoke for 2 hours.
  • After it, Turn the heat up to 275°, and cook for another 2 hours.
